A quiet day at Theresia L's beautiful mountain home. Soon after we gather, we will pray an Akathist to the Theotokos, then share a Lenten buffet. Bring some food to share!
Then we can read, chat, do crafts, walk and generally hang out in peace & quiet (time for dad to take the kids Christmas shopping for Mom's present!)

I am unfortunately not able to attend.
i will be there with bells... metaphoric bells of course, because it's hard to have a "quite" day with bells chiming all the way 'round.
tried to hood-wink Rowena into joining but she will be out of reach... as i cannot scoop her up on the way out (Uclulet is a little out of the way)
Anyone else needing or wanting to be scooped on the way? I have room for 4 normal sized people in my vehicle... or 5 children.. but that wouldn't be practical to a quiet day either, now would it!
LEMME KNOW! I'm coming from Poco so pass a lot of 'places' en route. That & most of you probably don't know me very well (nor I you, admittedly) and it would be a wonderful bonding experience. Or at the very least, a quiet peaceful drive out (I only chatter when prompted).
