It's SLEETING here right now. I don't know if the roads to Derby Reach have been cleared, but I suspect not. In which case, we may have to skip it this year, as Fr. Lawrence will be away next weekend, and the week after that we have our AGM. Darn. I love that service.

so were these fellows blessed to go swim out and obtain the cross.... or what is happening in this photo?
This was last year when James swam out to get the cross. This year it was all foggy and freezing.
